Man converts Robin Reliant into working fire engine, complete with water hoses, ladder and sirens.

Reported in Metro, it took four months for the vehicle to be converted by car enthusiast John Ward.

The high-spec fire engine has a top speed of 60mph and carries a 50-litre water tank.

It even has a brass bell, fire extinguishers, and red and blue lights.

The vehicle will be used to raise money for the Fire Services National Benevolent Fund, now known as the Fire Fighters Charity, in the UK.
